With optional fields the same builder adds capabilities (CSV), website, x, telegram and virtuals_agent_id. The generated JSON is the input the ACP offering expects — it is not a published record, contains no key, and is never submitted.

The offering (not this site) generates the durable ID from a persisted Virtuals job ID, publishes the record, and returns the URI. Verification is independent and explicit.
